All charges start at the 'booked in' time not necessarily the arrival time
All breakages will be paid for
Donations or a small charge maybe asked for with notice for arranged day trips
(parents are welcome)
Special need rates are determined by social services 'direct payment' agency rate
£0.40p per mile for collection/drop off
(Emergency call out/collection is charged at £1 per mile)
Collections & drop offs may not be available during school holidays due to a higher ratio of children
Packed lunches are normally requested, but if forgotten or any other meal is needed they are charged at £2.10 per meal
Evening meals are only served to children in our care after 5pm
All fees are subject to the carers discretion, fees maybe revised for children needing additional care
Deductions in rates for three or more children from the same family cared for at the same time
In voice charges cover care up to the 24th of each month
Payments of the invoices are required by the 28th of each month
24 - hour notice is needed for any changes to the booked sessions to avoid charges
4 weeks notice must be given before any changes to the agreement on both the carers and parents
We have 3 different types of contracts
*School term time (39 weeks)
*School holiday time (13 weeks)
*Full time (52 weeks)
Payments can be split into 12 monthly installments by direct debit, with additional hours charged monthly
Late payment will result in a fixed £20 daily charge
(charges would start from the 29th until payment is received)
